Overview

Nexplore Technologies is building the multi-tenant operating system and core infrastructure platform modernizing the travel industry. We are looking for a Software Development Engineering Intern who values clean architecture, systems-level thinking, and modern open-core tooling. You will work directly on production-grade microservices and user interfaces, participating in architectural discussions, code reviews, and end-to-end feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1Implement backend services and API endpoints in Go (Golang) backed by PostgreSQL.
  • 2Build responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React, Tailwind CSS, and HeroUI.
  • 3Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure deterministic system behavior.
  • 4Collaborate using our internal open-core developer platform (Forgejo, Plane, and Rocket.Chat).
  • 5Learn and apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) bounded contexts to real-world multi-tenant domain models.

What We Look For

  • Strong fundamentals in computer science: data structures, algorithms, relational database fundamentals, and HTTP/REST lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience or academic/personal projects built with Golang, C/C++, or TypeScript/React.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, schema design, and relational query optimization.
  • Comfort working in a Linux terminal environment and managing source control via Git.
  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset with a bias toward self-directed troubleshooting and code readability.
  • Bonus: Experience with Docker containerization, reverse proxies (Traefik), self-hosted infrastructure, or open-source developer tooling.
