1. Service Description
Nexplore provides cloud-based modular software for travel agencies and DMCs, including Nexplore Studio (Sales OS) and Nexplore Engine (Distribution Hub).
2. Deployments and Pilots
Pilot programs and enterprise deployments are governed by agreed commercial terms with zero setup fees.
3. Data Ownership & NDA
All data entered by the Agency remains the sole property of the Agency. By signing up, Nexplore agrees to a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) regarding all business-sensitive information, specifically including supplier rates and client databases.
4. Acceptable Use
Agencies are responsible for all activities occurring under their user accounts. Use of the platform for illegal activities, or activities that compromise the integrity of our multi-tenant infrastructure, is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nexplore is a technology provider. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for business interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures beyond our reasonable control.
6. Termination
Agencies can cancel their service at any time. Upon termination, Nexplore will provide a 30-day window for the Agency to export all business data before it is permanently deleted from our production systems.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
