At Nexplore, we understand that in the Egyptian travel industry, your data is your capital. This Privacy Policy describes how Nexplore Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects the information of the agencies ("you", "your", or "Agencies") that use our platform.

Nexplore is built on the core principle of total data ownership. Your client lists, supplier rates, internal margins, and booking history are your exclusive property. We do not sell, share, or monetize your business data.

Our system is architected to ensure Nexplore staff cannot access your specific business data (such as sensitive pricing or client details) without your explicit permission for support purposes. All data is siloed and encrypted.

We collect information necessary to provide and improve our services:

• Agency profile information (legal name, tax ID, headquarters).
• User account information for your staff (emails, roles).
• Usage data to monitor system performance and improve features.

We utilize bank-grade encryption for all data at rest and in transit. While our primary infrastructure is hosted on AWS (Ireland/UAE), we provide data residency guarantees consistent with the needs of Egyptian DMCs.

You have the right to export your data at any time. Should you choose to leave Nexplore, we provide full data deletion guarantees as outlined in our trust center.
