Terms of Service

Nexplore provides a cloud-based command center for travel agencies and DMCs, including CRM, itinerary building, operations management, and financial tools.

Our "Commitment Credits" model involves an upfront payment used as usage credits. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Failure to maintain a positive credit balance may result in temporary suspension of services.

All data entered by the Agency remains the sole property of the Agency. By signing up, Nexplore agrees to a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) regarding all business-sensitive information, specifically including supplier rates and client databases.

Agencies are responsible for all activities occurring under their user accounts. Use of the platform for illegal activities, or activities that compromise the integrity of our multi-tenant infrastructure, is strictly prohibited.

Nexplore is a technology provider. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for business interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures (e.g., AWS outages) beyond our reasonable control.

Agencies can cancel their subscription at any time. Upon termination, Nexplore will provide a 30-day window for the Agency to export all business data before it is permanently deleted from our production systems.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
